EDTA Food Grade: high purity, food-grade chelate that can be used to stabilize different types of food and beverages. Trace heavy metals can react with ingredients indicating weaken freshness and appearance.

Molecular Formula: EDTA-CaNa2.2H2O

Function:
EDTA Food Grade can control oxidization by tracing heavy metals thus increasing shelf life of the food product, color and texture retention, product clarity and anti-gushing agent. It will prevent flavor loss, discoloration and texture changes.
