Usage
Polyacrylamide often used to increase the viscosity of water (creating a thicker solution) or to encourage flocculation of particles present in water and allow rapid settlement of finely suspended solids. It is a synthetic chemical that can be tailored to fit a broad range of applications.
Application
– Water treatment: drinking water, municipal waste water, industrial waste water, sludge thickening and dewatering
